David Birmingham, our previous Retail Service Delivery Manager, has moved to the TOWER Alliance business, and Liz Stanbury our Service Manager for New Business has made the exciting decision to become an adviser. Fortunately we have an extremely capable team ready to fill their shoes. Joining TOWER as Head of Retail Service is David Madden. David has extensive experience managing operation and technology functions across financial services. His most recent experience was at Citibank, which followed many years at AMP. Patrick Sheedy has also joined us in the position of Service Manager New Business. His most recent roles have involved consulting to organisations on business improvement. Prior to this Patrick worked with AMP in the Customer Service areas for both risk insurance and superannuation. Not so new to the TOWER team, and undoubtedly known to many of you is Esme Mueller. Following her appointment in 2006 as a manager of existing policies, Esme is now excited to accept the position of Service Manager Policy Services. David and his team are passionate about significantly improving the service experienced by you and your customers. This involves shortening new business turnaround times, keeping you better informed of the progress of applications, increasing the number of enquiries resolved during the initial phone call, and giving you the confidence to place your business with TOWER.
