Danny Maher appointed TOWER's National Sales Manager

I am pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Danny Maher as the new National Sales Manager (Retail Distribution) for TOWER Australia.

Many of you already know Danny, particularly those in Victoria where he has been State Sales Manager for the past few years. He takes on the new role following my appointment as Head of Distribution & Sales Marketing for TOWER.

I am particularly pleased that we have been able to fill this role internally. Danny has been part of the TOWER Australia team now for nearly five years and being able to find the right person for the job within the company highlights the depth of talent that exists within.

Danny will be out and about to meet all of you in the coming months to build on our Partnership Program and he is committed to ensuring the TOWER Retail Distribution team maintains their high standard.

Danny has 23 years in the Insurance Industry including 14 years in staff management and has a wealth of sales experience in the retail adviser market. He joined TOWER in 1999 and most recently, has been State Sales Manager, TOWER Victoria.

He will be based in Victoria and take up his new role effective 1 April 2005.
