TOWER WINS WITH YOUR HELP

Money Management this week named TOWER as its Risk Company of the Year. PrefSure was awarded a bronze medal. We are humbled to receive such awards as it partly reflects the findings of a Money Management convened adviser forum to discuss the industry and companies involved. We are also pleased to have won an award from Money Management for our Term and TPD policy and being a finalist in several other categories.

In the past few years, TOWER Australia has been following a course designed to make it the easiest Life Insurance company for you to do business with. We have made significant changes to our claims and underwriting processes and further changes are now underway. TOWER's view is that if you are successful, and we can help you be successful, then TOWER will benefit.

The Money Management award therefore is not the result of TOWER's efforts. It is about the partnership that you share with us. The award, therefore should be shared equally among yourselves and TOWER. The challenge now is to do it again next year.

Again, thank you for your support in 2005/06 and I look forward to working with you in 2006/07 for our mutual benefit.
