Integration Update

Hello everyone,

Our commitment is to keep you informed of all major changes relating to the TOWER - PrefSure integration.  We are therefore pleased to let you know that we have now completed the structural re-organisation. For your information are the details of the teams and people that will be focused on delivering leading products and services to you.

Retail Life Insurance
David Callander is CEO of Retail Life

Head of Retail Sales, Product & Marketing - Jordan Hawke

Reporting directly to Jordan are:

• Danny Maher – National Sales Manager
• Marielle Latour – Executive Manager, Product, Marketing & Brand
• Sarah Barnett – Dealership and Retention Manager
• Gilles Danjoux – Sales Operations Manager

Pat O’Connor, National Alliance Manager, will report to Danny Maher. Richard Zarzeczny, National Product Strategy & Pricing Manager and Jodi Murray, National Marketing & Communications Manager will report to Marielle Latour.

Chief Operating Officer – This role is still to be filled

The Chief Operating Officer will be an external appointment and a search for the right candidate is underway. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer will be:

Retail Life Service Administration Manager – David Birmingham

Reporting to David will be:

• Liz Simmons – New Business Manager, with John Griffiths and Ron Essex as Team Leaders
• Pam Fitzgerald and Nicole Forway - Service Centre Managers, with Sandhya Sunnam, Sangeetha Devasahayam and Sheldon Jesson as Team Leaders

Chief Underwriter – Phil Hill

Reporting to Phil will be:

• Jeff Szmej - Manager Underwriting Northern (Retail)
• Greg Freeland - Manager, Underwriting Southern (Retail)
• Scott Hodgson - Manager, Group Underwriting
• Helen Lilamand - Manager, Underwriting Risk Strategy

In the short term Scott will also continue to manage the PrefSure Underwriting Team.

Claims Manger – Maree Zammit

Reporting to Maree will be:

Group Life Insurance
Geoff Black is CEO Group Life

Head of Group Sales – Craig Extrem

Reporting to Craig will be:

• Daniel Ebzery - Business Development
• Ernie Kum Yuen - Business Development

Head of Group Administration & Customer Service – Loretta Junge

Reporting to Loretta will be:

• Chris Fayle - Administration Manager
• Bill Tongoulidis - Administration Manager
• Narelle Robinson - Group Communication
• Simon Lam - Technical Analyst

Investments
Grahame Evans is CEO of Investments

Head of Classical Investments – Daniel Levy

Reporting to Daniel will be

• Amy Sworden - Operations Manager.

Verna Suran, Anzia Metera and Dianne Barnett - Service Mangers will report to Amy.

Does this affect the way I contact TOWER?

In the short term there is no change to the way you contact or deal with TOWER or previous PrefSure areas. The contact names and details remain the same. As we integrate the teams and re-locate staff the contact details will change and we will let you know well in advance of these changes.
